WHAT IS THIS NEW TRANSPARENCY BOARD DOING ABOUT ALL THESE TRAILERS IN THE COMMUNITY, ITS BEGINNING TO LOOK LIKE MONTERY HIEGHTS, THERE ARE TRAILERS ON NAPLES, LAVEEN,CASTINE, STAPLETON,WALSTON,AND A FEW MORE THAT POP IN NOW AND THEN ON OTHER STREETS.
ALSO THE PEOPLE WHO PARK THERE VEHICLES WITHIN 50 FEET OF THE STOP SIGNS OR IN THE T- INTERSECTIONS ARE IMPEDING TRAFFIC AND CAUSING THE POSSIBILTY OF A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT.
Furthermore the golf cart riding kids - this needs to stop, NC GENERAL STATUTE CHAPTER 20 LAW STATES-golf carts are to be licensed,registered,insured,seat belts fully operational lights with turn signals and a licensed driver over 18 in the drivers seat.The joy riding ,racing etc needs to stop, get them a ticket and have the golf carts towed.
How long do we have to keep asking for things to be done and the rules abided by?
When are these violations going to be dealt with, the board has the authority under the covenants to have vehicles/trailers towed away at the owners expense.
