Mr. Foraker, Attached is a copy of Substitute No. 1 to Resolution 08-220 which was sponsored by Councilman Smiley and approved by County Council on December 9th. This resolution urges homeowners in New Castle County to clearly display their property addresses on their homes so that the number is clearly visible during day and evening hours.
