My husband and I are considering buying a house in this neighborhood. I would like your feedback. What's good about Knob Hill? What is not so nice?

My nice is not living in the concret world with homes so close to each other you can have coffee with your neighbor without leaving your house. There is shopping and fast food within 2 1/2 miles. It's an unincorporated area, there are no city property taxes. My not so nice is the condition of the roads that were done in October, that situation is in the works of being resolved.
