Alternate Routes Response
Hey Paul, Thanks for your interest. No, there will not be any alternate routes developed as far as I know. Its my understanding that TxDOT will not allow entrance/exits on Mopac. I agree, it would be great.
There will indeed be a light installed at Sendera Mesa/Slaughter. There is no road planned from Sendera Mesa to Davis according to the plans that I saw.
These are very good thoughts. Please keep brainstorming, discussing, and spreading the word! Also, the Safety Committee will have a booth at the Memorial Day BBQ at the pool. Please stop by and see the site plans, etc for this new development.
