Our CCR provides guidelines (and are located on the main page of our website) to keeping our neighborhood clean and orderly. A few reminders:
Trash cans should NOT be put to the curb the night before pick up.
This helps to keep the dogs from getting into the trash as well as the wind spreading trash.
Areas around your home are your responsibility. Maintaining your lawn, the sidewalks and the curbsides as well as keeping them free of dirt, debris, and trash is your responsibility as a homeowner.
Oil changes should not be done and oil stains should not be left on driveways and streets, this is not only unsightly it is a hazard due to fire and to the environment (run off to water supply) as well as illegal.
Please discuss the with children the unsafe area under the bridges in the greenbelts are not play areas. We have seen more and more activity in this area and inspection of these areas show the activity is becoming more personal in nature. Parents we recommend you discuss this subject with your children.
The short cut across the school has been shutdown for cross country access. Police are issue citations for trespass when violators are using this cross country route.
