i have a neighboor that's been driving as insane. They are the most insensitive neighbors youll ever have. They are making the neighboorhood unlikeable because of their insensitive act. I really hate this neigbor of mine.

  It all started with their dog thats out of control. This dog will bark all night and wake everybody up.Some neighbors complain about it because it was just ridiculous. it stop for a little bit but once in a while youll here the dog barking like crazy. I mean why would you wait for somebody to complain till you fix the problem. but like i said they are insensitive.

  one of my favorites is  when they invite all their friends for a party and park their cars wherever. one time we went to a friends house and when we got back to our house somebody was parking in my driveway.. that really pissed me off. i mean its fine if you park in front of your house but in your driveway without your permission thats just insane. well about parking in front of my house they do that all the time. the house my neighboor got is may be a 5 bedroom house but there is like 20 people living there. the house in our neigborhood is mostly one car garage houses. and this guys have 4 cars, and so they dont have a place to park them. And for them to invite people over where they dont even have a place to park their own cars is just crazy.

  and talk about the kids of this guys they bother the hell out of me. one time they were playing with my doorbell and that drove me insane. i have two kids that are still babies and they were waking my kids up. those kids are just out of control. its worst when they invite people with kids. they play outside on the streets with baseball and sometimes they will face my house. and their parents dont even say anything. whats worst is the parents will join them. 

  this guys have a small dog that whenever they go outside they will unleash the dog and let it run all over the neigborhood.

   also in my backyard they will throw stuff in my backyard which is just unbelievable.

   what else. oh new years they where blowing fireworks. and my front yard was trash with papers from the fireworks.  and they dont even bother to clean it up.

  i mean those were just things that everybody should know ( clean up after yourself) but  for some reason this guys are just raised from a different planet. No courtesy, no sensitivity, no nonthing.   and you shouldnt tell all this basic things to them  because like  i said this are basic things that everybody should  know already .i mean they dont own the neighborhood. 

So anyone please advise me on what should i do. they' re making our lives miserable.

You have a few courses of action. First, when the dog is disturbing the peace you need to call in the problem to the Bexar Co. Sherriff..335-6000. They will send an officer.  After so many disturbance calls subsequent action will be taken.  However, you MUST call it in.  Additionally,  you can contact the Management company either by email or phone  : johnbourchier@ams-sa.com  as this is unacceptable.  Be sure to provide the management company with a name, if you have or at the very least their address.

Additionally, dogs running loose are unacceptable as per our CCR. This should also be advised so a letter can be sent to the owner.  After letters are sent additional action can and will be taken.

Regarding all these issues, if you have not addressed your neighbor personally and are not concerned about reprecussions you should have have a conversation with them.  Sometimes people just don't realize they are being unsensative. 

Is this house on Crescent Moon? lol I think I know who you're talking about....and I agree. Sorry you have to be their neighbors.
