As a member of the Deeds restrictions committee I can attest that there is NO pontoon boat in our HOA....I know there is one in the adjoining community of Amberwood.
The only violations I am aware of have been addressed to the board and management company.
A few more active members on the committee would be appreciated, care to join us SAcruiser?
