When is Sandflat Pass going to get fix?  I read that new street are being repaired but this street has been this way for 4 years.

I wish I could give you an exact date, but alas I cannot.  Here is the latest update I can give you as of this week.

The attorney in charge of this particular aspect (Earl and Associates) is in meetings with the county in order to get the county's "blessing" on the bond that has been mentioned in prior posts.

Once the county gives it's "blessing" on the bond it will go to the commissioner's court.

Once it passes the commissioner's court ... who knows how long it will take to actually get done.

I will say this... your current board has been pressing and pounding the law makers as much as possible and our management company - Pro-Comm - has actually allocate a single person to make this a priority.  They are pressing as hard as the board is.

We want our roads fixed FIRST and a park... well... that is secondary at this point.Our roads in Unit 1, 2 and 3 (Acadian-Sandflat) are indeed priority #1.

I Only wish I could give you a better answer.
