Annual Yard Sale
Just in time for spring cleaning!
Just set up the items you would like to sell in your driveway and be prepared to take in the money! The HOA Civics Committee will do the rest!
We will do all of the advertising for you to include signs, newspaper and online ads in multiple cities, Craig’s List and many other advertising outlets! If we have enough people who confirm their participation we will even attempt to get media coverage.

On a side note: I have contacted the Builder about allowing us to use the field at Shorebird and Krie Trail again. To date I have not received a reply. As soon as I do I will let you all know if we are able to make available "spots" for residents to use instead of thier driveways.
The "spots" will be available to rent for Amberwood residents and crafters etc... residents of Kriewald Place HOA that are in good standing (paid up on dues) will be able to use them on a first come, first serve basis free of charge. Keep in mind, this is IF Sivage Homes will allow us to use the field.
