Unfortunately, we did not have the minimum number of 10% of residents show, or turn in proxies, at the Annual HOA meeting.
Because of this, our rules require that we hold another meeting within 30 days.
You CAN have a say in how your neighborhood is run.
If you would like an updated copy of a Proxy form please email debravaughn@yahoo.com so that I can email you one (you will need to include the property address.)
Please give it to a neighbor that will attend the meeting OR you can drop it off to Debra at 9635 Shorebird Lane. You can also scan the filled out form and email it to debravaughn@yahoo.com if need be.
