If you live anywhere in Kriewald Place, you have seen the tagging on the Amberwood fences along Krie Trail. Since the fences are legally Amberwood Property, our HOA cannot officially clean it up.
I have called Spectrum (Amberwood's Management company) several times since this first tag appeared. The response I keep getting is "I will pass along the message." Needless to say, this doesnt set well with Kriewald Place HOA members.
Now for the request:
Apparently it will take more than one little bitty voice to get them to know that it needs to be cleaned up. I am asking everyone to please take 5 minutes and call Spectrum and request that it gets cleaned up ASAP. the phone number is 210-494-0659. I wish I could give you the manager's name but I keep getting bounced from person to person... so just ask for the Amberwood manager.
Our HOA and it's volunteers have worked too hard for too long to keep our neighborhood clean and safe. We do not look kindly on Amberwood shirking thier responsibilities by NOT cleaning it up. That tagging is one factor that can decrease our property value. And it is a proven fact that if people let tagging go for too long, the taggers will feel comfortable dirtying up the entire area (look to Raven Field & Pue for an example.)
