Chris - I drove by the theatre and noticed a sign that read ''Phase 1'' for the theatre. Is there a phasing plan available to the public? Of course it would be nice to see the revitalization of this and other landmarks around the area. Do these topics get discussed at the local meetings? or are they left for politicians and local developers to kick around? It's unfortunate that there has not been any response to your question.
