WHITEHALL EVENTS?…?….
It?’s summertime at Whitehall! Please come and visit us and enjoy the grounds and gardens. Pets are welcome at Whitehall, however we do ask that they be leashed and that any trash be picked up and disposed of.

Whitehall has started a new group, The Whitehall Art League, which is for both artists and art lovers. On Friday, September 28th, we will offer a trip to Indianapolis to visit C. W. Mundy?’s studio and see the exhibit ?“Gifts to the Tsars?” at the Indianapolis Art Museum. A luxury bus will take you to the museum in the morning and you will enjoy an audio guided tour of the exhibit which comes directly from St. Petersburg. After lunch you will go to C. W. Mundy?’s studio to see a show of his works. He is a nationally known artist whose work is included in many private collections and museums. The cost is $68 for League members and $78 for non-members which will include a membership. Call Susan

We get lots of questions at this time of year concerning photography at Whitehall. You must call Susan Goslee to arrange for taking photos on the grounds and there is no fee. Wedding photography is not allowed unless you have rented the mansion for the wedding.

Whitehall has been nominated for a ?“Best of Louisville?” award sponsored by Louisville Magazine in the ?“best place for a wedding reception?” category. Wish them luck! It is still a great honor just being nominated.
