LOT values-LaCrosse Pointe
Wake County revaluation
I have checked a few lot/homes in our community and all I have checked have shown that Wake county is listing the lots with a value of $112,000. The only lot to have sold recxently was LOT 44 that was sold about a year ago. It was sold for $80,000. which shows that Wake County's valuation is 40% high.I have confirmed this price with the buyer of the lot.
