Lafayette Park-Stockwell Place

Is the City responsible for fixing potholes in our subdivision or is the HOA? There is a pothole on Gardere (in front of 9626) that keeps getting bigger. It really needs to be fixed before it starts to knock cars out of alignment.

All streets are the responsibility of the city and are not owned by the HOA. I would call streets and drainage to report it. If you can't get anywhere there, call our city councilman, Brian Wooley. Meanwhile, on of the board members will call as well.

Thanks so much. I did call the city and the girl that answered thought since it was a gated community that it was not theirs but I told her that I thought it was. She was going to check on it so hopefully they will get it fixed. Appreciate you answering my note.

City Maintained Streets

Our streets are maintained by the city. I will make a report to the city and you might want to follow up also. Let me know if you have any luck of getting someone to come fix it.
