Development of the new neighboring subdivision continues. With the addition of new neighbors, traffic is expected to increase. Stop signs and speed humps are placed on some of our heavier traffic streets, but they do not always slow down drivers.
Remember: the residential speed limit is 30 mph. Winding streets and speed humps have reduced speeds.
Slow down and be cautious and watch for people, especially children, and pets. Help keep you, your family and your neighbors safe. |

I have noticed that many drivers disobey the stop signs in our neighborhood. Since the new access to the west end I have had a few close calls from the new neighborhood next to ours. Most are from our own area. |

It has been suggested to our HOA President that we request a Police Patrol in the neighborhood, to monitor traffic in those areas. It would be a friendly reminder to us all to obey the residential traffic laws.
