LAGO VISTA

 I live on the north end of Sunbend Falls in Lago Vista and would like to know who is the owner of the property on the boundary. The weeds are over 3 feet tall. Last year we had 4 wild fires because of high brush and weeds. The high growth of the weeds does create great harbarage and breeding areas for mice, rats, mosquitoes etc.

During our annual meeting, our Board of Directors mentioned that area was recently purchased by the Boy Scouts, located next to us. They have plan on building an aquatic area for their members to use for fishing, nature trails, etc. No official construction date has been given.

In the meantime, our HOA President and City Councilman have been working to remind the Boy Scouts to keep the area maintained on a timely basis, as to avoid a repeat of last year's brushfire.
