All residents should have received their 2013 HOA annual assessment statements. Assessments will be considered late after March 31. Payments can be divided between now and the deadline.
HOA dues cover costs such as: grounds maintenance & improvements, park equipment, community events; graffiti removal, security and collection/legal fees.
Collection/legal fees include all personal letters mailed from ProComm and/or attorney, concerning homeowner violations.
Please help reduce costs by simply abiding the HOA Covenants.
