Masseys Lake located to the South-West of 'The Lakes at Yargo' is included in the property of the Subdivision.  This is a great thing for the neighborhood to have a Private Lake, you do not have to have a fishing license here, and any other Rules are to be governed by the community; as it falls under the 'Common Area' category.  It is not open for Public Fishing, anyone that isnt a resident of Yargo Township, has and will be instructed to leave as they are Tresspassing.  Common areas are to be enjoyed by all residents, but limitations for their use must be set.  It is common practice for places that are at risk for Abuse, to have limitations set to control this.  Many Communities require that a guest to the neighborhood  have a resident present with them when at a Common Area, to ensure courtesy is extended to the area and neighbors nearby.  More specific guidelines will be determined for the Lakes at a later date to ensure their continued enjoyment for us all.    Thanks for your attention.
