Rules for Alcohol at the pool

Posted in: Woodlands by Pulte
Was at the pool on Saturday and noticed glass containers and some drinking IN THE POOL. A can of beer at the pool is great. Glass is dangerous; and one spill INSIDE the pool can ruin it for everyone.

CCM needs to step up and fix this.
Glass in Pool / CCM

Glass in the pool is against the law and the individual can be cited per the county code. If glass breaks in the pool, it will need to be drained, cleaned out and re-filled. It happened in my previous community, and the cost was around $6000.00.
Also, CCM is a joke. I lived in another Pulte community thst was managed by CCM, and nothing ever got done. We need to dump them ASAP and get someone else.

I couldn't agree more! We need to raise this issue at the upcoming Homeowners Association meeting on May 25th. With more homes completed since last summer the problem will only get worse.

Although rules pertaining to glass containers are clearly posted at the pool gates, they were more often than not enforced last summer by the inexperienced lifeguards and security guards. Hopefully our new on-site Property Manager, Dianna Wallis, will help ensure more stricter and consistent enforcement of the rules!
