Wise County Experiencing a Growth Boom

Along with most of North Texas, Wise County is experiencing unprecedented growth. Much of that growth is coming to Lake Bridgeport. New housing and recreational developments are springing up along side existing lakeside neighborhood developments. Because many of our existing neighborhoods are in unincorporated areas, there is increased concern among homeowners about how this new growth will be regulated, and how this growth will impact on the delicate ecology of Lake Bridgeport.

In the coming months our newsletter will attempt to keep readers informed about any changes that will affect residents of Lake Bridgeport. Residents of Lake Bridgeport are encouraged to join the network and submit news, important links, and opinions to this site coordinator.
