The Annual Meeting was held Novemeber 13, 2007 at the Merchant's Walk Library. There were 12 properties represented by the owners in person (9) and by proxy (3). As turnout did not meet the quorum requirement of 1/3 for elections to be held, the current Board will remain to serve another one year term with 2 exceptions. Long time member and current Vice President Bob O'Donnell and Brad Davis offered their resignations. Leslie O'Donnell was appointed to fill the vacancy of Mr. Davis's position.
