dont buy a home in a hoa community.the hoa is not the way to go.no man or woman should work hard and pay for a home and have the neighbors gang up on the home owner and tell him how to manage his property.the hoa is un-american!you can find comunities that dont infringe on other homeowners rights that are clean and peacefull.the hoa does not keep the bad people out.there are three families that harrass all the homeowners in my area,drink,shoot guns,make noise all night.and dont be fooled into paying alot for a moble home in a hoa community,thinking that you wont lose the value.these moble home places are selling there homes at a higher price than they are worth.manufactured home are still poor quality.i have not been harassed in my hoa,but i see people that have.i am just a concerned citizen,that knows right from wrong.and home owner associations are WRONG!     p.s  my hoa is in crandall texas
