The next Neighborhood Awareness Walk (Formerly Crime Prevention) will be held in the Downtown Jewel Neighborhood Association. Saturday, July 23rd Starting at 4PM. We will be meeting at 7th Ave South and L Street. PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!!
We have re-branded this to Neighborhood Awareness Walk as we accomplish so many variables such as:
Crime Prevention and Observations
Identify Abandon Properties, Code Issues and public safety issues
Meet and greet neighbors and promote communtiy involvement
Great Opportunity for all the neighborhoods to show support for each other
Just to name a few.....It is encouraged that the sponsored neighborhood have a hand out for the walk to help promote and we ask that all neighborhoods send this date out to your email list and/or websites. This event is sponsored by NAPC and the success of the program is through participation.....Hope to see you there and bring a friend!
