I am unable to make meetings sometimes because of work. I just recieved the new 2006 Budget and I live in the Townhomes. I am confused as to why we have a monthly fee of $1.64 for Lakes that are in the homes. As townhome owners we alone pay for townhouse painting. As we should. I would like to know why we pay for lakes that are not in the townhomes. I have lived in other communities and lakes in homes were the homes responsibility and not part of the townhomes. Any answer?
My thought is that, the about $2000 a year or more could be going toward our repainting or replacing of townhouse roofs which I think is the Association to replace. May not seem like much but from beginning it would be about $6000 from conception of the community.
