Sadly, your HOA has turned into the nightmare, the cliche, the horror stories that everyone reads about.
Time for a fresh start...fire the Security Firm, the Management Company and impeach the current Board of Directors. Then you can start over with a clean slate, with all new people from top to bottom.

Unit 41 went under contract in early summer but today is back on the market. Falling out of contract almost never happens in 90601 area code except for Lakeridge. Still nothing selling. My neighbor shared with me the fact that her lender declined to re-finance her unit because complex had way to many renters and problems. Crazy enough all of a sudden a little work taking place in long neglected areas. Due to re-call? Probably. But it will take millions to fix lakeridge properly due to neglect and perhaps fraud? |

Lakeridge fire sale is on. 8 units on multiple listings and at least 4 not listed. Prices dropping with no financing available. Cash buyer might be able to steal one. Resisdent owners are talking up the recall election next month but it is too little to late. Can a entire condo complex be sold? That is what some are suggesting. |

LOL, just a thought, but I'd bet if a developer could buy the entire complex, at bargain basement prices, he could turn the place into an apartment complex????
