Lakes Of Derby Downs

Has anyone else seen their property tax bill? We opened ours today and were we completely shocked! We moved here because the taxes were supposed to have been lower. First we receive our high water bills from Clover that make us feel that we need to turn our underwear inside outwards just to get an addition day of wear before we wash them, but now the taxes??? It doesn't bother us to let everyone that our property taxes were $1881.00! We are outraged!

Correction

Correction on the Property Taxes. When we financed the house we were to receive a form indicating we were going to occupy the home. We did not receive one, therefore it looked like we were renting the home out. We have since had it recessed, so it is a considerable amount lower.
