Lakeside Civic Association

I have in the past, and with not success, tried to get information from the Crofton Maintenance Corporation. We have never had a account audit of all finances, we do not get a financial report and formost the rules of the corporation state that you must have 2/3 of the membership, this just never happens. This organization is run like a dictatorship with no concern for the people in the corporation. How can this be stopped?

I'm not sure what happened to the Crofton Maintenace Corporation web page.  But I was looking for it as well because it is really valuble to know what is happening in the community and even if you do not like hearing what other have to say its still invaluable sometimes to discuss trends.

I would like to know where and how to email the maintenance Corp make them aware of the flooding problems some houses are expereincing during bad storms. There is more things in the community to discuss than the cost of grass cutting and snow removal.
