NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH ALERT

On October 18th around 11:50 a.m. a white four door car with 6 numbers on the trunk and two short antennas drove very slowly stopping in front of a home. The driver is a older heavy set woman with bleach blond hair. She raised her arms and was holding what appeared to be binoculars pointing in the direction of the bus stop at Mendota and Woodgrove by the drainage pond. The passenger was man and unmentionable.

The police were contacted. Please keep an eye out for this vehicle and report it if seen.
