5 days no plows
A $15,000 bill!!!! You've got to be kidding me!!! During the first storm, they didn't come through our section with a plow until 5 full days after the storm ended. Three and my neighbors and I have done all the shoveling through all three storms -- we have kept our end of the culdesac clean of snow, not [GP]. When they would show up with shovels, they worked very slowly, actually having the nerve to go over the areas that we had already shoveled! I looked at one guy and said ''we don't need you, we've already done that (shoveled the sidewalks), we need someone out here with a blade.'' Another [GP] guy was taking snow off the sidewalk down from where I live and placing it on the red bricks. I walked up to him and asked him how he expected people to be able to step over that pile of snow he was making to get to their cars. Other Alpine shovelers placed all the snow between the cars -- alot of good that does. I had to ask a guy with a blade to move a wall of snow so that my neighbor in 2939A could get in and out of her parking space. That same neighbor had to ask another guy to clear the guest spot by her parking space to make it easier to navigate the parking spaces. Should we have to ask them to do their job? And when they would finally show up with a blade, they just plowed people into or out of their spaces. Need I go on?
