WHY THE PROJECT
The neighborhood project was established for the main purpose of improving the neighborhood. Many houses in Lamplight Village are on the market a long time(longer than 3 months) Apprasials are less now than 5 years ago.I speak from personal experience. Our neigborhood is in an excellent location, especially for high tech employees. But yet, it is not sought after by buyers.
WE ARE NOT THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
This project focuses on everything we can do to increase the value of our neighborhood. There are no officers. Everyone has a say and all that join participate and contribute any way they can.
IDEAS
The first thing we need to do is to come up with ideas that you think will help improve the value of our neighborhood. What do you want to see happen where you live. Please join and share your ideas.
