What are Home buyers looking for?

Wood and ceramic tile.
Updated light fixtures, ceiling fans.(remember, ours are from the 70's)
White doors to bedrooms, not the wood look.
Paneling is very 70's unless painted.
Paint with neutral tones such as light beige with white trim.
Buyers are looking for a house they can move into without doing any work to it, unless of course they're looking for a fixer upper.
