Go carts can be lots of fun in the proper setting, but the proper setting does not include neighborhood roads! Go carts are not legal on state maintained roads. Go carts create numerous opportunities for accidents that involve not only the person riding the vehicle, but pedestrians, car and truck drivers, and bushes and mailboxes! Please tell anyone riding a go cart on neighborhood streets to find somewhere else.
