There is a spotlight out at the subdivision entrance.

I noticed that the landscaping is looking a bit rough this year (especially at the main 4 ways stop - and I really think we could make the entrance look nicer too).  Are there any plans to rehabilitate?  I know that the winter was harsh and that we are entering drought season, but it may be a good discussion to put some effort into next year.  What landscape is the city responsible for?

There was a stop sign at the main 4 way stop that was knocked down a couple of months ago.  It was strapped to a telephone pole.  Will it be fixed?  A couple of the other signs have graffiti on them as well.
