Aren't we paying them to keep the landscape up?

Yes we do pay them, but when a person does a good job for you, paying or not, it is only being nice to show a little appreciation for a job well done.  Keep up the good work Greenscapes.

LSF neighbors, please remember, that all landscaping and mowing is done on a timely schedule dictated by the developers. This is done to spread the amount of $'s over the entire season so as not to run out of money in any one specific area. I don't know of any other landscaper in town who is large enough to take on this challenge as quickly and efficiently as Greenscapes. I personally know of one large landscaper who would almost be one and half times more than what we are paying now. Since Greenscapes has taken over, the appearance of LSF has improved tremendously.
