I agree, I think the cost should be based on how big your lawn is, $35 seems a little steep. My neighbors front and back lawn is twice the size of mine so why should I pay the same price as him?

Kevin charges based on yard sizes.  $35 is for the average yard.  Smaller yards are less.  

I wonder if Kevin will clean up old brick/pavestone (whatever it is) patios? Some need that as well.  

I have a corner lot 65x125 and I pay $25 front and back, he is very reliable, mows(bags) weedeats, sweeps and cleans up and trims bushes when they need it for no extra charge.

Does this include edging?
