Im not aware of the procedure to rent out the clubhouse for a saturday.

Im planning my baby shower and the clubhouse would be perfect for the occasion, who would I need to contact to set the date, etc ?

There are rental agreements in the clubhouse, you would fill out and send in a rental fee with a security deposit as well.  All information is in the agreement.  The agreement has to be mailed in with checks. To be safe I would say give yourself about 4 weeks advance to make sure your date is in no already taken.  If you have any other questions I will try and help.

How much is the rental fee and security deposit just out of curiosity?

The rental is $100 and the security deposit is $250
