All you have to do is check with the Milford Police, the town of Milford does have a leash law.  They do not have a dog waste law.  However, the association rules do state you must clean up after your dog and they can be enforced by the association.  If that ever happens

Sorry, you are wrong, it is under title 7, section1705 of the delaware code.  This is about dogs running at large, that is with no leash.  Dogs must be on a leash.  Dogs must be under owners reasonable control.  Only exception is if you are on a farm of 20 acres or more.  This does not apply to any of us. 

as for the "no leash law" so get over it comment...if anyone in this development lets a dog loose and it bites me or any member of my family.....I WILL OWN YOUR HOUSE TOO !!
