Laurel Heights

lately it seems as though there are more and more young men or older teens walking the neighborhood at night-I don't mean like 9 or 10 oclock. I mean like 11 or midnight or after! If they are teens where are their parents! And if they are younger adults is this the image we want to present? please do not misunderstand me-I'm not talking about a house party with guests in the yard, I am talking about a group of 4-6 guys without shirts standing on a corner doing nothing at approximately midnight! So I guess my question is- do we have a curfew and can it be enforced???

I agree on this.  In between cypress st and w laurel area there has been a large number of teens loitering at midnight and including prostitutes.  The numbers have rised!! It gets scary at nite.

on 2 separate occasions, i have seen someone walking the streets in the middle of the night looking into cars that are parked on the side of the street.  First time it was about 2 am on Saturday night/Sunday morning.  Next time it was same day, but about 3 am.
