Reminder -- Fines Policy Implemented

Just a brief reminder of the following fines that were approved for implementation at the April 29, 2003 Board of Directors and HOA Quarterly meeting:

?• Dog Not On A Leash ?— $25 fine per incident (Note: carrying a leash while walking a dog but not having it attached to the dog is a violation for which the owner will be fined).

?• Walking A Dog Without Carrying A Scooper or Bag To Dispose of Pet Waste ?— $25 fine per incident.

?• Failure to Apply for and Receive ARB Approval ?— $100 fine per incident per month for any construction or exterior modification by a homeowner to a property without the ARB?’s prior approval. Please note that it is the homeowner?’s responsibility to apply for and confirm ARB approval, not a contractor?’s. Again, among the items that must have prior ARB approval include decks, fences, patios, enclosures, additions, pools, outdoor hot tubs, sheds, and painting a home?’s exterior. Remember that the ARB has up to 30 days to respond to any properly completed application.

Violators will be notified in writing that a fine has been assessed and the basis for same.
