Just thought everyone should know.  Our association fees are used to pay for the lawn maintenance of the common area.  What some of you do not know is that we are also paying for some lots that are going to be developed.  Around the circle there will be 5 lots that will be developed and are not common area.  As you pull into our development, from Elks Lodge Road, there will be three homes on the left and two on the right.  They will all be around the circle.  I got an updated map yesterday and this was confirmed.

Looks as only one retention basin is being maintained.  Or course the one in plain site is being cut, but the other one in the corner of our development is overgrown with weeds

That is one of the reasons I am not paying my fees. Another is that there needs to be a clear outline of what the money is used for. The City of Milford takes care of some of the things I thought the money was going to.

AP Croll has stated that Lacrosse agreed to maintain the lots that are unsold. Lacrosse is of course going to use our money as long as they have access to it.
