I am tired of being home on the weekends and today, THANKSGIVING, and listening to my neighbors dogs barking all day long. I am sure they have gone somewhere for the day and enjoyed their day while those of us who hosted Thanksgiving got to listen to their dogs barking all day!
I don't want to be a neighbor that calls the police, however, if the HOA is not able to do something about the situation that is what my next step will be. Please, HOA, do something about these people who leave their dogs out all day long to annoy those of us who are around them.
I have dogs and would never dream of leaving my dogs out out all day. I kennel my dogs when I am not going to be home and I expect my neighbors to be responsible pet owners (and good neighbors) and not leave their dogs out to voice their unhappiness about being left home alone!
