Suspicious Persons and Vehicles in Liberty Chase

Today, xxxxxxx and xxxxxx made me aware of a young man riding a bike around the block yesterday and down the dirt path. He was not familar to them. Today, this young man was seen jogging around the block a couple times. A lady was riding the same bike, he had yesterday, around the block. It may be totally innocent, but it seemed suspicious. So, xxxxxx and I rode our bikes down to where there truck was, and I asked them if they owned the house they were in front of. They said no, they live in the trailer park just down the road, but came here to exercise. We've never seen them before, so I thought I'd drop you a note. Their vehicle was a Chevrolet S-10 Extreme, chopped sort of, with chrome wheels. (white color)xxxxxx says their were flames on the rear taillights. I believe the license plate number is either YSV 516 or YSV 616. Just thought I'd drop you a note. Also, the bike they were riding is a baby blue color, and a throwback design like a bike from the 50's or 60's.
