First Watch Meeting

Hello Everyone,
It has come time to start a Neighborhood Watch program. I will be holding a meeting at my home on 07/24/09 at 7:30PM. As most of you know by now we have had 3 break-ins during the broad day light in our neighborhood along with also having several crimes committed amongst our neighborhood. I will head this meeting and have a set agenda to adhere to for the meetings continuity. Please see the attachments also handed out for other data collected. I have submitted a website request for the National Neighborhood Watch Registries and soon as our website is up and functional (VERY SOON) I will disseminate it to everyone. We will have snacks and refreshments at the meeting and children are welcome (We have no Toys "BYOT"). If anyone wants a copy of the notes that could not attend or just for your own records, I will more than willingly provide them within two days of the meeting. Thank you for anyone who wants to only attend and anyone who wants to or decides to partake in the watch program.
