During the HOA meeting monday June 28, 2010 it was requested for the homeowners to be able to view the plans for the upcoming community playground. Although the plans are not yet completed, I have attached the subdivision site map above. The "tot lot" is located between the wet lands and lot #72. The playground should be completed by Sept. 1st.

When I spoke to Mr. Freer in September about the playground still not being completed, he told me it was because 2 of the lots he anticipated closing the end of August were postponed. I spoke with Mr. Mise, also a director of the HOA, 2 weeks ago out at the location of the playground and he said they were supposed to break ground the following week or week after....which is now past. So I don't know what they are doing. It is frustrating but Mr. Freer has promised all of us it will be completed soon. If I hear anything else I will update everyone immediately. Thanks |
