Could you please explain what we are going to pay them $3 for plowing driveways?  Shouldn't this just be done right the first time.

The contractor uses different equipment to plow driveways, including trucks, tractors, and skid steers.  Some people were unhappy that their driveways were plowed with trucks, which left more snow on the surface than skid steers.  We made a request to the contractor to plow all driveways with skid steers, which cost and additional $3 per driveway per month.  I would be happy to discuss this with you if you're able to attend our next meeting.

That sounds like a reasonable answer.  The previous post made it sound like we were going to be paying them for redoing work already done.

I am sorry I have been taking a class that meets on Wed. nights.  I was not able to attend the meetings.  Baseball will also be starting this week at my school which takes up a ton of time on my part. 

As soon as the minutes from the last meeting or the date of the next meeting are posted I will be able to know if I can meet or not. 

I just hope there is some plan to take care of the unreal amount of sod destruction that took place over the winter?  It hopefully will not come from our pockets.
