If you purchased your home during the past year you are still eligible for warranty replacement of trees and shrubs.

Please note the condition of the trees and shrubs at the front of your residence. If any are dead or dying, please note this on your 3 month, 6 month or 11 month warranty list. After one year any dead trees become the responsibility of the homeowners?’ association. We hope you?’ll agree that this should be the responsibility and expense of the developer rather than a burden on your association dues.
