-If you have a garbage or recycling truck dropping trash on the street, call 311. It is helpful for the supervisor to have the truck number, but even if you don't have the number, don't hesitate to call. When I see it happen I call in. Some trash on the street blows out before the trucks arrive. We can't blame them for that.

-A reminder again, try and put your garbage in bags, it makes it easier for the garbage men and less litter on the street.
