Hi Neighbors, You did so well last year mailing in your dues. It makes collecting much easier for those of us who beat the pavement. Once again, you get a break by sending in your payment by the first of May. This makes bookkeeping much easier too.

Let's make 2009 a great year by upping our participation from 69% to 75%. I always dream of 100% but perhaps my dreams are too grandiose. What do you think?
