CALL YOUR BOARD MEMBERS AND DEMAND THEY DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN SPEND OUR DUES ON LEGEL FEES AND SHRUBS THAT DIE AND HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED! bETTER YET, CONTACT THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE HOA FOR NOT ABIDING BY THE BY-LAWS OF LP THAT ARE ON FILE IN AUSTIN, TX. OUR HOA HAS NOT LET THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP KNOW WHEN IT HAS MEETINGS. THEY ARE ALL OPEN AND THE MEMBERSHIP IS ALWAYS INVITED (ACCORDING TO THE BY-LAWS). UNLESS WRITTEN NOTICE HAS BEEN SENT TO ALL PAID MEMBERS 15 DAYS PRIOR TO HAVING A CLOSED BOARD MEETING. EACH AND EVERY PAID PROPERTY OWNER HAS A VOICE IN ALL MATTERS IN LP. EVEN THOSE WHO RENT THEIR PROPERTY OUT. IT IS THESE YEARLY MEETINGS THAT THE PROPERTY OWNERS HAVE LOST INTERREST IN OUR HOA. HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER AND WATCH OUT FOR THE RESIDENTS WALKING THE HOOD.
